UFI Defends Marriage in Spain
Drawing worldwide media attention, United Families International played a prominent leadership role in the defense of marriage in Madrid, in June 2005. More than a million people rallied in opposition to the Spanish government, which is threatening to legalize homosexual marriage later this summer. UFI, represented by President Sharon Slater, joins with the world's leading pro-family organizations in a press conference and a massive peaceful demonstration to make the case for preservation of marriage.
